SimRocker Game Rules

1. You are only allowed to have one account per individual. Players found to have multiple accounts otherwise known as "multis" will have all accounts banished and deleted. If you are using the same computer/connection as someone else playing the game it is your responsibility to contact a staff member to have your account noted. Transferring items, instruments or game cash between accounts on the same IP is not allowed.

2. You are solely responsible for any actions by your account. This includes posting an illegal/offensive picture within your account and all forum postings and information exchanged between players. If you are using a shared computer, do not allow the computer to remember your username/password, and log out whenever you are away from your keyboard.

3. Children play this game, so keep it PG-13. Do not post or link to any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, racist, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law.

4. Profile images with nudity, profanity, or otherwise offensive images will be removed, and may result in banishment time.

5. If you have a problem with a player or know that a player has broken a rule, use the player report system (Rat Out a Rocker) to report them.

6. If you have a complaint about a staff member, contact a game owner. Do not use the player report system. If a staff member asks you to do something you must comply. If you feel you are being treated unfairly contact a higher ranked staff member.

7. Scamming will not be tolerated in any manner. Any attempt to scam anyone will result in banishment time.

8. Accounts may not be sold for any form of real or virtual currency or otherwise given away. Account sharing is also against the Terms of Service.

9. Trading of items or currency in this game for real items or currency, or virtual items or currency from another game is strictly forbidden.

10. Logging in to, or using another person's account without express permission of an administrator will result in deletion of any/all of the offender's accounts

11. Hacking, creating items, instruments or game cash using known or unknown exploits, using automated tools, or otherwise operating the game outside its intended bounds, or sharing information on how to do such activities will result in the immediate termination of your account.

12. Common sense rules are not posted here. If you have to ask whether something is ok, it most likely isn't.

13. We understand that you may play other games, but do not advertise or mention them here.

14. These rules are subject to change without notice, check this page from time to time, as ignorance will not be accepted as an excuse for breaching them.
